New TomTom Software - Update Now

Guys, just to let you know that TomTom have released version 6 of their GPS software with some nice improvements…

Simple to upgrade you just load TomTom Home, plug the device in and let it download and install the software. My device now runs faster, and i cant wait till TomTom buddies comes online ( where you can enter and track another TT user ) … Makes meeting up easy :slight_smile:

Update : TomTom Buddies DOES work :slight_smile: , just get your wireless working with your phone and register at TomTom and your away, then you can add another TomTom User and it’ll find them and Navigate to them… This’ll be great if you need to meet each other or someone breaks down, just hit the “Buddy Button” and navigate too… Soooo simple !

I’m trying to find version 6 but it’s not in the downloads section. Where did you find it?

How do I manage without one?

You need to download the TT Home software on to your PC.

It will then check you device on line and download the latest update.

All you have to do is install it from TT Home.

Just done my rider and 500…
