Hi,New to the Forum, and I would like to introduce myself to the chaps and chapesses.
I live in sunny Essex, and have been riding bikes since the early 70’s. I am an old git but still play many a good tune on my old bikes. I have owned over a hundred, and I could probably say, that any shite bike you wish to name I would have owned it at one time or another. My current steeds are a 1982 Honda Lead 80 scooter, and I bought a 54 reg Piaggio X9 today as a fixer upper. I just sold my sports bike, a 750ss Duke yesterday as it broke down terminally, and it went to a dealer to fix or break.
My passion is anything on two wheels with an engine, and I’ll ride it and love it (except a Suzuki GN250, truly the worst bike in the world!)
I am on the look for a Duke 900SL for under a grand. I WILL find one. Until then, the scoot beckons!
