Out of the very many Senior Officers I’ve met, most actually do have scrambled egg in thier heads and not much else … or it appears that way !

The new ones only flash in low light levels I think… And don’t believe a word about “reducing the number of cameras” that’s crap…

I reckon they are resizing them to stop the transit tyre and diesel trick, anyone got some mini tyres kicking around going spare? I hink I may have discovered a use for them.
The camera along Parkside (Wimbledon Common) does have white lines. They appeared about a week after the camera went up.
