It managed a whole 500 miles before developing an oil leak, and an astounding 1000 miles before running on one cylinder (yesterday!)
Good old Italian engineering.
P.S, good job I kept my dependable SV650 as well…

Welcome aboard! Lovely bike, shame about the reliability! Is it going to be sorted for good soon?
It’s going into Metropolis on Friday… it was due it’s first service (1500km) anyway. It was only yesterday evening that the rhd cylinder cut out.
I guess it’s something to do with the oil leak. Perhaps oil covered the spark plugs or something?
Maybe I should post a thread in the bike talk section? I’m concerned over the number of ‘haha, bought a Guzzi and now it’s broken down eh?’ type comments
