No way thats madness! Technology eh! 
I heard about these a while back. Apparently you don’t ever dispose of the whole tyre, only the outer tread - much more environmentally friendly and they don’t ever go flat.
That is just brilliant! The car looks so strange with thoe tyres on like its some kind of cartoon car!
