there is a new digital camera (the ones that dont flash) on the A13 coming into london just as the new A13 meets the old one just where the warner village is on the right just before the petrol station!
dont know how long its been there not to long i hope!!!
I saw it couple of days ago as well. however theres no lines on the road so wouldnt think that it is in working order yet. far as i know/hope these cameras still need the markings on the road.
