On my bikesafe, I asked about my having to tiptoe, and one of the coppers said he was the same, just that you have to amend your riding style and to be more aware of the camber, but that was about it.
I have been on my tiptoes (on an ER6F…lovely btw) for just over a year and am just used to it now.
