Problem with cheap bikes is they are made to a price, a cheap one at that. Tell him to get a new Husky 125, now that is a great bike!!

george get him to have a look at a yamaha XT125-X , not he fastest bike in teh world but it does look like a motard:) good handling my mate has one, i have rode it a few times, very very flickable would be a good learner choice, less likely to go bang than the DT s’moto.
