DC Shoes (and most skater shoes) are neat but have such rubbish quality soles, you’ll ruin them in just ~6 months of walking around London. They’ll always start splitting near the heel and squeaking… leaving you to buy another pair. The rest of the shoe will be perfectly fine.

Cool to see them have good marketing, because they won’t sell anything on quality. On my 'Bird a wheel furnished with their soles wouldn’t even last me to McDonalds and back. :smiley:

iv had my DC’s for 5 years and there still gooing strong, ok there tatty but i still wear them :slight_smile:

I’ve had Vans/DC’s/Airwalks/Etnies that I’ve got bored of and replaced after 12/18 months before they’ve worn out. Still perfectly servicable and a lot of them now live in the bottom of the wardrobe for wearing when working in the garden/decorating etc.

Then again … I suppose if you had them on a Super Blackbird and rode down the Autobahn at 150 mph on a Blackbird then I suppose they wouldn’t get you to McDonalds - so the point still stands.

Must be my genetically mutated legs/feet then. I think one leg is longer than the other, or something of the sort. I always wear out my left trainer first.

In the great green world of the future, I’d be able to find a person that wears out their right, and swap :smiley:

ive had these nearly 4 used and i have been wearing them for work (i walk around alot!) and they dont have any holes yet…they’re very close but dont! nike 6.0’s for life baby!
