After a couple way too close calls in Herts now I decided I’m not going to wait till my current regular H4s break to replace with HIDs but do it asap.
Are HIDs = HIDs, or are there notable differences between various brands/products? Which can ye recommend?

Some bikes (new shape fireblade) reccommend not to fit as it melts the light plastics! Be carefully and make sure decent cooling potential.
That’d be for the 55w’s, the 35’s should be ok in most bikes.
Edit: Especially a Fazer, which Gavin has epic HID’s in!
HIDs rock, defo make you stand out more at night, plus they light up reflective paint at a further distance, so handy for spotting rozzers 
only downside is you look like a range rover…
