What’s the story with this? I assumed yesterday and today that it’s free since the sign tells motorcyclists to just drive past the barrier, but I’m seconding guessing myself now. Anybody know? There is no information on their website.

Turns out it’s not an NCP as far as I can see, it’s a Q-Park which says is free online. Cool.
