On the subject of commentators and BBC interviewers…
Did you see the GB Judo bloke get interviewed after his bought. The one where he got sent out in the first 30 seconds…
The BBC interviewer was like, “do you feel like you’ve let your friends and family down, blah blah blah”. Talk about kicking a man when he was down… I was disgusted. Actually felt like phoning in a complaint, totally unnessasary!!
The best one is always when commentating on the weightlifting. The comment, “She has an awesome snatch” made me chuckle
