He kinda looks like Marlon Brando (as colonel Kurtz) in ‘Apocalypse Now’. He also appears to be in a similar mental state. The Japanese Police look kind and patient - the yanks would’ve just tasered him. Hope he’s getting some decent psychiatric treatment poor guy.
