My god i am so ill…ive somehow caught this horrible flu at work and its the worst one ive had in ages…
my partner took my temp this arvo and it read 102…yet i was shivering like hell…my head was pounding and i was drenched…got a horrible cough with it also…
urrrg…beware guys…this one is comming around and its an arse kicker…
im going back to bed again in a min…just had to try and sit up for atleast 10 min…but this aint working out too well…:sick:.

wispy and drained…the awfull un-shakeable head ache has fooked off and thats a big help…

oohhh…and drink atleast 1 ltr of orange juice…
