My new Lid

So after struggling with an Evoline for the past 2 months I got the lid replaced for one of these.

Its flipping lovely, comfy light, not too noisey …everything the Evo wasnt.

that hose is an accident waiting to happen :w00t:

oh you meant comments about the lid?? :Whistling:

HAHA - To be honest i nicked that image off google as the picture i took didnt do it justice !

is it the brazil rep one?

I don’t like the exposed hinges, but I’m sure it’s great

No its the Indy - The Brazil Rep one didnt do it for me.

“exposed hinges” !!! i still have so much to learn …

I mean like in comparison to how mine looks:

looks cool, dude, what colour’s the bike?

I am now educated in the exposed/non exposed hinges thing!

My bike is a comination of Dark Grey/Black and Silver bits…needless to say the lid matches nothing as yet. It is however a big improvement to the previous one…never realised how heavy it was until i got the new one. It is sooo much lighter

you aint getting green leathers & red boots are you!!??

the pods on those are expensive and Ive never had problems with the hinges   I have both, both are cool

I think i would end up looking like Batmans sidekick !

Reckon i will stick with the balck leathers thx !

Good helmet, the only thing that bugs me about this model is the visor is not that easy to open/close with gloved hands. Well it takes some getting used to anyhows.

which model Shark is it?

like that…

might see me buy something other than arai next time, other brands have come ona long way…

Well, I thought I’d try something else other than Arai - went to Helmet City - tried loads, bought…Arai!

Once you’re used to the sumptuous quality ( and you have the right head shape ) then other lids just don’t quite cut it. IMHO of course.

Its a Shark RSR 2 (model is the Indy RGW)

nicely coordinated with the garden hose
