Stuck some R1 calipers on my GSXR k4 750
im told there a mono block design , i must say they do feel nice…
Looks good. Are they a direct bolt on fit ? Did you havee problems with the K4 brakes ?
no there not a direct bolt on, you need 310mm discs for a strait swop
or as i have 320mm discs and 5mm spacers, standard k4 is 300mm.
most modern brakes are very good specially radial from 2003 onwards, they all work very very well and will stop the bike fast.
im not looking for more power im looking for the best feel, the most powerful brakes in the world are useless with out modulation and feel, thats what im after and this set up feels good.
braking is one of the worst aspects of my riding so im trying to work on that.
i find the standard set up switch like on or off…
