I decided to take the plunge and book myself on my first track day…wimbledaz off here (and a few other lads I know off Visordown.com were there too) was up on his new track bike and kindly lent me the tools I needed throughout the day!
I’m happy to say that I didn’t bin it and had a great day - it was sublime to see how well the tyres held up and to see how much further I can push it and still keep it shiny side up! The weather was lovely and as a first track day it was great, not too fast a track, some nice linking corners and in all it was a great day!!
There were quite a few “incidents” though one of which was a crash on the start/finish straight which was very random, but needed the Air Ambulance.
I thought I’d post up a few of my better photos and I think daz has got some as well he can post up!
Needless to say, it was a great day and I cant wait until my next one now!!
