Pavel very kindly came down to visit today, and put the battery back he removed from my bike last week as it was dead. Whilst he was beavering away with it, I took the opportunity to take some photos of the relatively minor damage the bike sustained in my accident. I would have been happier if it had needed returning to me in several boxes, but sadly apart from the front offside indicator and the rear brake pedal it’s actually driveable. I think the R&G crash bungs appear to have done their job very well…
Blimey, damage isn’t too bad considering your injuries!!
Looks like a few hundred quid and it’ll be as good as new 
looking at the wear on the crash bung puts into perspective of the wear on your arm.

Choprocker mentioned before that the bike may have been on top of you for part of the slide; I guess that would also explain the lack of damage to the bike.
