I’m watching “Ronin” now
, it’s my favourite “car-movie”, the chases in there are the best of all for me.
And was wondering, why they can’t make a movie like that with motorbikes?
With great hi-speed chases, good action and not being riddiculosly stupid like “Torque”.
Biker Boyz was Ok, eexcept no chase scenes just lots of showing of on bikes.
what about that one with mickey rourke? made sometime in the early 90’s

I watched Ronin two days ago great film, there must be a new film with a decent bike chase out there somewhere even if its only a B movie and subtitled 
Don’t forget Mission Impossible 2 When Tom Cruise had that chase seen on the speed triple which included that one handed 180 degree rolloing stoppie whilst taking aim and firing his gun!!!
did all his own stunts you know!!
It must have been real… it’s in true tecni-colour
The film Torque, very cheesey and taccy plot but was worth watching for the bikes and action!
I recommend it for the sole purpouse of drooling
I’ve mention the Torque already. Sorry but this movie is just impossible to handle for me. The fast and the furious is like a screenwriter’s masterpiece compared to that!
Yes have to agree Torque was possibly the worst film of all times!

And I’m not asking about the movies in which one of the characters was riding a bike for 5 min because then you can quote half of the cinematography:
Terminator 1 and 2, Hard Target, Taxi, The Running Man, Black Rain, The Great Escape, Lawrence of Arabia, The Wild One, and hundreds of others…
I’m talking about movie LIKE Torque, where riding a bike actually means something for the script. (If there was one used in Torque)

i liked torque - thought it was pretty funny. anyone who was expecting realism would have been disapointed to be fair
the freeway chase in matrix has to be one of my favourite bike scenes - awesome!
biker boyz is worth a watch altho know people who really didn’t go for it.
I’d say the bikes are pretty central to Easy Rider?
Thats a bit harsh, Torque was a quiality film thats why I brought the DVD.
Plus it had a Mille in it so that seals it for me. lol
I can’t believe no-one has yet mentioned the hysterical ‘Silver Dream Racer’.

Yep u’re right decent motorbike chases in movies are very hard to find!
came up with Paycheck(2004) stars Ben Affleck features car chases & motorbike stunts/chase.
Aikra(1988) anime film(Japanese animation)set in 2019 Neo Tokyo.
Centres around the friendship between 2 Biker Gang members.
The Biker Gang Wars at the begining apparently “awesome”

Sounds like plan lol, but my advice is stay of the back of Jay’s.
Taxi 1 and 3 (the French ones with subtitles) have a few good bike bits in them, although only the first few minutes.
The first 5 minutes of number 1 is brilliant. Its only a delivery scooter but fcukin superb riding.
