I’ve also done FBOS nearly 3 years ago now. Done it in Oxford with TDJ, Ginger, Toby and a few more… Ginger will tell you they are a nightmare to try and get organised - not our end but with the paramedics at the Oxford one. Then it took nearly a whole year to receive our certificates, poor Ginger had everyone on his back chasing.

I’d like to renew mine when it expires…just looking, it doesn’t give an expiry but I assume it’s after three years which will be this November!

I think they need renewing every 2 years (could be wrong…it has been known)

Yeah there was a lack of uptake on the IAM side , so they postponed it to the new year.

You needed at least 30 people and it was working out at 60 quid per person.

As far as I Know it’s still going ahead in January and in the Slough area , so once i get a contact name for the person at St John’s I will try and get one going here if anyones interested.

I tried to get one organised in 2008 but got fed up trying to contact people and get an accurate costing…I’ll definitely be interested if someone organises one (unless I’ve done any trackside stuff by then)
