Nothing to do with Boris but one of the best blonde insults I ever heard was:
“Are you naturally dumb or do you use peroxide”
Or… what beautiful blonde hair, shame she’s dyed her roots black…
I once heard a guy launch into a similar tirade, it lasted for at least a minute, he didn’t swear once it was a work of art. I actually applauded at the end, the target looked about two inches tall when he had finished.

he’s a breath of fresh air 
He is clever and funny but I wouldn’t trust him to look after any interest but his lords seat and statue.
