Thing is mate, it just wind’s me up that he obviously thinks it is acceptable for him to ride around for 2 years without licence etc… Then he comes to the people that are least likely to sympathise, and asks for advice on how to beat the rap! The guy’s obviously a moron! :w00t:

I just read back on his original post I like the way he stated that everything was perfect there was insurance ECT ECT BUT no licence invalid insurance dick head and for being perfect are you taking the ****. As for getting license in your own country I think you can only use a internation license or a period of time before you have to re test

You don’t for a EU licence. If you’re here longer than 6 months you need to send your original licence into the DVLA pay them some money and they’ll send you a shiny English one instead.
And before somebody starts. Don’t pick on the foreigners, most of us do pay tax, have insurance, have a licence … and equally, a lot of Brits don’t. I’ve meet loads of Brits riding Italian or Spanish plates (particularly in the scooter scene) so to avoid tax, insurance, fines etc.
People who find it ok to not have insurance are people who don’t respect other peoples property and wellbeing. They’re a waste of oxygen.
this is a fair piont not having a go at johny foriegner BUT theres a lot of both sides doing it but the forienger is taking the **** when living here and buying a brit bike then waking a for instance pol plate on it

Right, for starters, the OP states he has the ‘right’ to ride his bike.
No, he doesn’t.
The UK driving licemce is a priviledge, not a right.
You are permitted to use the roads on completion of a test that shows your ‘competent’ to ride /drive that class of vehicle.
This ‘priviledge’ can be removed at any time for any number of reasons.
I would seriously doubt his being ‘competent’ as he as already displayed that

The licence is there to prove you are competent to drive.
He hasn’t bothered in 24 months to get a licence so his attitude to the road is all wrong…like some other class of roaduser that springs to mind…
Anyway,
He’s committed the following offences without doubt:

Driving other than in accordance

No Insurance

excess speed
Disqualification on a ‘ghost’ licence and hefty fine.
Then he will struggle to find an Insurance company that will insure him after that…of course that’s if he ever passes his test…he probably won’t for reasons i’ve quoted…
And riding from a Ban is very foolish…does he think we don’t watch newly disqualified riders/drivers?
Now i know he doesn’t want lecturing so don’t send him to 5-0.org as we’ll probably tell him off over there as well…
