was at work yesterday and will be today too, could work from home but it was great fun helping people who were stuck…I have a big 4x4 pick up truck for stuff like this…thinking of sending the government the bill for helping all those motorists since they charge me extra for driving a 4 x 4 and I helped at least 10 people get to work yesterday…so saving the country hundreds…
Good Morning all. Lots of ice on roads/pavements. May have to take the train in today as I have been off for two weeks. I’ll wander down to the station later on to check times etc… Bike is cocooned up at Amazing Bikes where it was getting some panel work and a full 12K service. Will collect it when the roads clear up.
Stuck at home again. No trains, buses are running sporadically and are full to the brim, so not taking that option. Hard work getting the car out of my street as it is not gritted either. Scary fun it is!
Morning. I rode in on my old scooter and the roads were fantastic. Pretty easy to ride something with so little power/weight in these conditions, just keep a foot out on icy turns. Even riding quite slowly, 25max in 30s and 40max in 50s I got into Kings cross same time as usual. The roads are empty
Afternoon all, was at work yesterday and today. A snowed under with work at the moment, have so many things on the go and things keep going wrong with Macs’ at the moment.
Would have loved to have gone out walking in the snow for fun yesterday, rather than walking through the snow to work.
