This weather is here for the next few days at least, weekend is looking pukka.

Just about to go to the gym and then its another day sitting around in the garden, quiting your job when the weathers this good is a total bonus.

Gym first thing in the morning or in the evening when the weather is like this.

In triathlon training atm. 10k run, 10k cycle and 2k swim last night. Slight aches this morning, but the blast into work cured that.

Morning ! Had a great ride out last night, rather than BM went up around Leighton Buzzard with Roadkill, some new roads I’ve not been on before, very pleasant, just couldn’t face an hours journey on the A10 into London at 30 mph in traffic . . . not a single speed scamera, almost no traffic lights, sweeping nsl most of the way, perfect :cool:

The new R6 in black looks very nice too :cool:
