It’s days like this that I wish I didn’t have to work, especially after such a nice run out on the bike yesterday, the sun is shining and I am stuck in the office, oh well, thank god for a 4 day week

Sounds like my office, we have air con but they forgot to turn it on in time to make a difference, walked into a wall of heat when I got in this morning, not nice!!!
Well ive just put me machine out in the garden and i’m working out in the sun…Nice,beats an office any day:P
