Funnily enough I suggested this to a friendly peeler who was asking about a drug murder in my area. He had to fill out a paper form for everyone who’s door he called at - duplicate details each time. Then he had to go back and fill out copies for each one. I said it would be neat if the forms were on a PDA and he could transfer them when he got back to HQ.
