OK - so you are running a TV news show. You get information on the pilot names for the Asiana flight that crashed a couple of days earlier. You phone the NTSB to confirm the names (well done) but get through to a clueless summer intern with a sense of humour. So then you publish the names on the midday news… what could possibly go wrong?
