So was I, very smug this morning. Decided to give the M1/A406/A40 a try out to get this morning. Alas the M1 was shut, and everyone was being directed off the M1 at my junction and forced down the A41. I was the only thing that was moving.

I once declared war on Mondays and booked seven in a row off for July and into August.
Funny how Tuesday can so quickly take the place of the day before.
