used to be booming when i was a kid going to bembon brothers (dreamland) then everything suddenly closed down and it turned into a ghost town

I come from near there origionaly, took the bike down there (and Broadstairs) two weeks ago with a mate. It is a ghost town, joke shop gone, couple of amusments burnt down, morrellis (ice cream shop) boreded up, bemboms closed!I do hear that there are plans to re open Bembom Brothers, that should bring the revenue back. Used to love Margate as a kid, then growing up went to a few wicked soul all dayers at the winter gardens! 
Hear Hear . Am all for being sociable but as i’m into bikes i would rather be out riding them , properly .
+1 if i do go i’ll avoid the main ride and take the longer more enjoyable scenic route…then if margate is crap i’ll turn around and carry on;)
i am up with you Exclude, what is the alternative route? i really want to avoid motorways, i get dizzy from the engine, the pipe and the wind noise :S
