Just wondered recently - if you got clocked speeding via a hand held cam or mobile cam in a van, do you get pulled there and then or is it a ‘ticket in the post’ job ?
Would have thought since theyve got the evidence theyll just post you the fine and a photo.
Cant see how they would stop you in a van, unless working with others further down the road.
If you were not stopped by a police officer the first thing is a request for the identity of the rider/driver within 14 days.
Where were you passing through at the time!? 
I got pulled a while back…clocked me as I came over a hill about half a mile from them…they just waved me over and ticketed me then n there
If its a van, in the post. If its traffic with a hand held laser they will pull you over at the side of the road.

also if you DO get anything through the post CHECK all the details carefully like reg number etc cos if it wrong argue the toss and you could win
