Annoying I lost the bolt that holds my Oberon bar end mirror in the bar end …
And when I say lost, I mean I saw it vibrate loose and fall out while doing 60 (in a 60)

I’ve got a bazillion bolts. If you can’t find a replacement, come over.
That’s an Allen key socket grub screw, looks to be M10 x 15 mm but might be M12 x 20, measure the diameter x length to be sure, to be sure. eBay is your friend.
The white stuff looks like it might be the residue of a threadlock or it may be corrosion, either way it will need to be cleaned off. Use Loctite 243 blue or a similar medium strength threadlocker when refitting.
Def corrosion
It’s an M12 but unsure of pitch. Have emailed Oberon to see if they have spares
FWIW, having one of these is handy
I’ve got one of those. However since getting a Pro-Bolt gauge, it’s not been out of the toolbox, the Pro Bolt one is just less hassle.
Clean out the internal threads and add a smear of Loctite 243 blue or a similar medium strength threadlocker when refitting and its a proper job in the making.
That’s nice of them.
