I’ve designed and made my own billet aluminium switchgear for my Blade when I could find anything but stock “scaffolding knuckles” or flimsy “Show Bike” stuff.
Made from billet ali, using IP67 waterproof push button switches and designed to feed the wires through the bars for a clean look.

I’m only making short runs to start with, but if there is the interest I hope to scale up and reduce the cost. They go for £295 for black annodised and natural, machined finish, but I can also do a hand polished “chrome” look.
The button functions are:-
LH = Left & Right indicators and high/low beam, all latching
RH = Kill (latching) and Horn and Start (non-latching)
I hope you like them, it just gives people something different and adds the final touch to a true custom bike.
