I have to go up to Milton Keynes tomorrow so i can get some documents stamped and such waste of time really…are there any good roads up that way rather than just blasting up the M1. Also how is the parking up there for bikes?
If you fancy a bit of a detour, go for the A41 towards Aylesbury. On the outskirts of Aylesbury at Broughton, turn right and take Broughton Lane to Bierton. From there, turn right along the A418 towards Leighton Buzzard. On the outskirts of Leighton Buzzard, turn left and take the A418, then the A4146 into Milton Keynes … great roads that I used to do regularly!
depends where in Milton keynes you gotta go for parking, but its generally ok, just a dump 
plenty of good roads, you could go via the A6 towards bedford, then the A428 towards northampton cutiing across 2 Newport Pagnall then milton keynes 
my sis used to go to school there:D

MK is a nice place to live and certainly loads of local roads which are a blast. you can head through dunstable downs from junction 19 from the m25 heading towards watford.
