I didnt give it a thought that Pro Racers Practised “Mental Laps” and even timed themselves !! 
Try this site which was advertised in the Metro this morning.
Let the page load / type in the search bar on the upper right hand corner LAVILLA and then choose “Mental Lap” !!
Lots of other Petrol Head Stuff on here too.
