who belives in mediums see my last post on mediums im curious allso has any one else had a good experiance from one a bad experiance from one ( my one said she cant give bad news)

Never used to believe in all this sort of stuff but a couple of things that have happened lately have made me wonder!!
I believe in them but I also think they are dangerous, nothing good ever comes from messing with stuff like that.
i dont agree nothing she said has been bad they apperantlly they are not allowed to tell you bad things like seeing your death knowing my brother is still watching over me makes me feel happy. i think nothing good come of messing with weegee boards, not contacting people from the past
Ummm . . . how would the medium know what’s good or bad for you ? Might be good now and bad later . . . I really do think these things are best not known. This is what family and friends are for, for discussing difficult things and getting help and support, something which you can give back too, makes us stronger in ourselves and helps others at the same time.

i don’t even believe there’s a GOD.
(& - if there is a GOD, why is he or it so distant?).
GOD is just an excuse to make death look better-so you won’t feel so bad.

I went to see one on the spare of the moment so theres no way she could have known who I was or done any research etc & the stuff she told me amazed me! Without any digging about she told me names of grandparents, pets they had etc etc - stuff you couldnt possibly know!
You don’t have to believe in a supreme being to believe in mediums. 
i see where your comming from ’ but for me it was a good experiance , most of it is about the past you cant change the past so no harm in it… in my opinion… but like i said i see where your comming from, and she does tarrot readings as well but theres no way i wanna delve into the future cause that really would be tempting fate
does it matter? you make your own future and must learn from your past…

There are good and bad. Some people out there are so good it’s damned scarey, whilst others are clearly charlatans.
It’s the fakes that give it a bad name. Trying to get on the band wagon and ripping people off. I am led to believe that the genuine article will not give you bad news, but will either not say or refuse to help. If there are any that start saying you are going to die or tell you bad things are going to happen to you then they are probably lying.
As far as I am concerned the jury is still out on that 1
my mum and my aunt are tarot card readers…they use some other buzzy methods too, i dont think they are mediums tho, do i believe?..sort of…i’ve never had the balls to go and see one, i dont think i could handle it, tho mum has and shes believes 100%.
If there are mediums who can see into the future…
a) Why don’t they use their foreknowledge to become extremely wealthy/ world leaders etc. …or maybe they do??
b) Why do they restrict their predictions to individuals pets, families etc. instead of tackling some bigger issues?
There is a lady in Serbia who predicts some rather interesting things relating to the world. :)Mediums generally aren’t into being leaders… and shouldn’t really be into money either - you’re not meant to charge for your services, although you are allowed to accept gifts. It’s to do with karma and stuff.Gerald Gardner + gang set out a few rules about it all…not that I read much of his stuff, and he had his trusty sidekick Doreen Valiente who wrote a fair bit on ‘the rules’, although Gerald was really picking up the pieces of a much older system of beliefs. To really understand those kinds of whys, you have to understand the people. It’s a bit like asking why don’t all bikers become police bikers just because they can ride a bike and they know the streets - the mentality of a biker doesn’t neccessarily make them want to police people. Or beggers who die in the park with thousands of pounds in their pockets…why didn’t they have a big house and be warm every winter? Lots of reasons… the main thing is though, most of it is underground, you have to dig a little deeper to get real answers.
Thanks, I think that answers my question. That someone has made ‘rules’ governing what people who can see into the future can do in the future is amusing.
I think it’s all a con personally. There are various methods for finding out information from a stranger which can come across as unbelievable or uncanny. If someone hears voices in their head and speaks gibberish they’re classed as a mental, if a member of the public pays money to hear some of this gibberish then they’re classed as a medium! Me, I can tell the future for free, your born, you live, you die and the meek shall inherit the earth, all six feet of it.
