Has any one on here seen a medium , if so was it beliveable ,Ill Probally bore a lot of you with this but for all you none belivers read on
I went and saw a medium a year after my accident i went with my wife (2b) just to see if it would be anygood . Sue lost her mum to cancer 14 years ago lost my brother 26 years ago so , after a friend recomended one we thought we would go.I was a total non beliver thought it was all a load of cr*p but was just curious.
Started off still beliving it was all ball, untill she said 2 names both good mates of mine(read on ) neither are dead but described one of them as if she knew him, + peter about him she said he just wanted the best for you after what had happend, so thats peter and tony both my mates both of whom i worked with, both who came to see me when i was on a ventalater in itu.
anyway a lot of things came out she told me all about where my brother died ( i hadnt mentinond it ) all about my accident (hadnt mentioned it) so now im sorta thinking she is either a mind reader or it was converting me to be a beliver , she said loads of different things including that my brother had a different dad to me , didnt take much notice of that, anyway she said in the begining that everything she comes out with will be relevent from the past and upto 5 years in the future.
last week me and my younger sister went to see the same medium , because certain things about parents had started to comeout , Like when my mother was younger she had an affair with a bloke called peter who i apperentlly am a dead ringer for!! once again it all started out a bit jumbled not making much sense but then she told louise (my sister) all about her boyfriend, who no one else new about not even me , then my brother came through again she started talking about his first bike(spot on) the bike he died on( spot on) and biking around london doing pizza delivery?. i then thought nope he didnt he was an engineer at footscray, then it struck!! the night before, i put a post on here about being a pizza delivery rider and now im a rush hour racer .!! . she said he was just pointing out that he was there with me watching. pizza delivery rider londonbikers??? and the bit about peter wants the best for me well its come out my mother had an affair with a bloke called peter who is more than likely my biological father …do you belive now? Cause i certanly do!!
My misses went to see one, who was pretty accurate, apparently she had a message for me from a man in leathers holding a helmet (can they see figures) - telling me to slow down, amongst other random information. She didn’t lead the medium or doesn’t look like a typical biker wife. I guess its all probability, although it was 6 months after my mate Richie died.
I am a bit of a sceptical and I think I would rather not know what may or may not happen to me.
For example, how would you feel about a medium telling you that you or a close friend/partner will die? Do you stop living your life and wake up every morning thinking perhaps today?
Never seen one of these myself, but my mum and her side of the family swear by them. I listened to a tape of one that my mum went to see, and it freaked me out! She mentioned my niece having a guardian angel looking after her, and even named him as Valentino. She also mentioned that my Nana had lost a child before my mum was born, named John. Only a few month’s before, Poppy had been telling us about her two new friend’s… Valentino and John!!!.. :ermm:
She also mentioned a close call that I had, during a tour of Kosovo, and how I had been guided out of it by a tall man with one leg. That would have been my grandfather, and the incident mentioned was exactly how it happened!
I don’t care if people think I’m nut’s for believing in it, I’m convinced I’ve been protected more than once and this just confirms it for me…
Make what you will of these things, but try it for yourself before you dismiss it!
she also told me that the only reason im still here today after my accident was because ashley was looking out for me The day of my accident was what would of been his 40th birthday
They don’t just ‘guess’, their exceptionally clever and have some amazing cold reading skills. Download Derren Browns ‘Messiah’ and watch him blindly beating the evangelicals in America at their own game - great viewing. I also liked Richard Dawkins program when the medium told him he had a message ‘possibly’ from his dad… bad guess, despite Dawkins age his dad is still very much alive. Also witness that scouse fella Derik Acorah who got kicked off his Tv program when he was busted, he had gone somewhere ahead of time to get info and was fed the wrong stuff, prat went into a trance and started to spout the the line he was fed two weeks before the crew got there.
Some might say it’s just a bit of fun, but when they are ripping off people at a vunerable time of in their lives I don’t think its fair.
Mediums? isnt that an average telly show? lol Nah not for me but each to their own… If it makes you happy and gives you something to hold on to then go for it!
I’ve read through these threads and they trouble me very much. I’ve searched my inner self to find a way to express my concern clearly and unambiguously on the matter, so…
I’ve always wanted to go see one but would only go on recommendations, not just grabbing a name out the yellow pages! If anyone can recommend someone please pm me, it may be just what is required right now…
I used to be a total sceptic until, in my 20’s I was dating a girl who’s family went to a spiritualist church every sunday evening. Just to satisfy my curiosity I went along to see how the “trick” was performed.
