On my way back from bedford to ruislip on Tuesday 17th Nov about midday I came off the M25 at Rickmansworth to avoid the average speed cameras and ended up playing tag with a medical courier carrying blood. He was on a CBF600 and I’m sure I saw a London Bikers sticker just below his number plate so I was just putting this post up to see if anyone remembers me because they were either very urgent supplies or we were just having a bit of fun!!
Could have been Rattys bike that he gave back?
nah i never had stickers on mine, i might have been paul, he has LB atickers cant remeber his username tho!
Plus Ratty’s was a CBF500, which is an evolution of the CB500 with some changes such as a rear monoshock and no fairing panels either side of the tank. In addition the clocks are both the same size on the CBF (taco was smaller than speedo on the CB), it has square mirrors and slightly higher bars. The CBF500 was phased out because the engine is carburetted and can no longer meet emission standards.
