pics of the idea and construction have been banded about newspapers even on msn today but it has literally just been totally finished.
He was helped by stez of polar cycles and was on custom chopper program on men and motors but not in finished state.
I remember seeing it some pics from the bulldog bash, might be where you remember it from.
