Not really, did a load of Judo back in the day. Bronze in the Army championships.

My gurl is a dan grade Karate, she does a bit of kick boxing too.

Shes same as me then, but i do Tae Kwon Do.Ground work is jusitsu mainly, and its aloud of crap really, its better to knock your apponent out with a nice round house to the head in under 10 seconds.
