The rider did the w4nker sign and the car driver got upset, i don’t think the rider was being overly aggressive etc. Great example the danger us bikers are under lucky the car driver wasn’t a complete nutcase as he over took him and not hit him in the rear.
I normally do the phone sign and wag my finger, with a smile.
If I did the phone sign every time I passed someone on their phone, I’d never have a hand free to change gear.

If you are extending your leg before knocking down one gear - we can only assume you are extending your right leg - meaning you are knocking off the passenger wing mirror.
