I think the real problem lies with the person resposnible for putting up the book cases couldnt have been very well fixed to the wall now could they!! Maybe just maybe he was carring out a risk assesment on their behalf and completly misunderstood come on innocent til proven guilty guys geezeeeee

They didn’t that is the thing, they just asked him to move his bike as it was leaning on the glass front of the shop.

Must be a slow news week if something is trivial as that gets on the beeb’s website.
It doesn’t say where they moved his bike to, what right do they have to be moving it if its outside their shop, he just leaned it against the glass. Then after he ‘wrecked’ the shop one of the staff went after him, do you know what was said? He span around and ‘apparently’ took a swing at her - could he have been shrugging her off? This story lacks any real facts, its just pure speculation fueled by peoples predjudice of cyclists.
Don’t get me wrong it is a bit excessive, but if they kept their hands to themselves non of this would have happened.
Everybody else is talkig about the tw*t twins Brand and Woss so I guess the BBC are looking for anything to draw attention away from them.
