Yep been closed since end of November, found a few new nice tea & cake stops in the area.
Go on then! Share 'em!
We should all buy it, club together
Yeah, it was obviously turning a massive profit - hence it closing down!
P.S: Wanna buy some magic beans too?
How much for the beans!?
And how much for the Cafe!
+1
oooh I love magic beans, although the last lot i bought never grew :hehe:
It closed down due to family problems not lack of trade (it was always busy) I will miss the little Waitress.
In that case, I’m in for a tenner! I expect at least 12 quid by this time next year!
What!!! Only a tenner for a pretty little waitress - you’re a bit mean:w00t:

It was on Ebay for £85k. Surprised there were no bidders.
£85K might be a bargain (if you want a decent cafe) so I wonder what the hidden cost is. You can bet your butt that’s not the freehold puchase price.

According to the description on Ebay it is for a 16 year lease with £25k pa ground rent. If turnover is indeed £250k with gross profit of over £100k then I am very surprised no one took it up, especially with an already very established loyal client base.
NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I loved that place…God, I’d love to buy it. I love that area, used to live not far away and the roads are awesome!!! Where am I gonne find the cash???
Bank?
