Lydden Hill Supermoto Gallery

Holy smokes!! Look at these nutters doing amazing things on bikes!

Great article and photos whoever’s responsible. Looks like the bar is raised for Cadwell galleries …

I would have to concur, there are some great shots in there.

Mike took them! And it’s Supermoto, not Motocross Andrew, tsk But granted, it’s hard to differentiate with the way they’re riding! I love the shots, Supermoto is great to watch, so it’s nice that we can provide some coverage of it.

And another thing, its Lydden Hill by the looks of it, and not Lydd!

I stand corrected ahem

And so are my errors… I was just excited that’s all hehe

Brilliant photo’s, hope you dont mind but I have let the Supermoto lads and ladesses at Visordown know about them.

John, so where’s the obligatory post and pictures of your new steed mate?!

The photo’s look great may have to try and make it down to a supermoto event sometime looks like a lotta fun.

Agreed, great pics once again.

Glad you like the photos guys. Thanks for the comps.

I’d never watched smoto live before and have to say it was excellent! Those guys are definately a little unhinged!! Coming down the straight (not sure of the speed but it’s fast!) sliding it sideways as they hurtle into the the gravel bend often side by side is incredible! The kids are crazy too!!

Great fun to watch and a really decent bunch of guys too, super friendly. I think they’re next confirmed meeting is in Wales.

great pic there

Nice pictures mate.

I raced there with southern supermoto last year and it was my favourite meeting.

That picture inserted above is the exit of the main dirt section - last year it was watered (yes - despite being bone dry that day they thoroughly wetted it down) just before my first race.

I’ve never been so sideways in my life!

I got a 17th and then 16th from 28th on the grid. Race 3 was a DNF after crashing heavily on the dirt and knackering the throttle.

Shame I’m not racing at the moment - I may resume next year on a Aprillia

Jay, as soon as I find a decent dry day to clean it I will take a few pics and post up. It is a lot of fun and scary as hell at the same time.

I guess it’s a 510 - yummy!
