Saw a police notice appealing for witnesses to an accident involving a motocylcist and pedestrian on Lower Thames Street, there were flowers nearby so i presume it was fatal…

I was there about 20 mins after the accident. Was definately a fatality
Counted 3 coppers on bikes, a bike paramedic, ambulance, 2 police cars and a police van at the scene.
