Lost a blue/yellow huskie in putney area?

looked like this –

saw a bloke with his hood up wheeling aforementioned bike down the path. thought i’d go and have a chat with him which he didn’t seem too keen on. followed him for a bit then he decided to put the bike down. just then a couple of plain clothes came round the corner as they saw me running after him. as we were waiting for more rozzers the fella’s done a runner. chased him to give him a clip round the ear but he was about 18 and i’m 32 (and i’d just finished a cigarette)

anyway, jackanory aside, your bike’s ok. no visible damage and it’s in the hands of the putney cop shop. i’ve got the attending officer’s name and number so if you’re on here pm me and i’ll give you the number etc.

hope you see this matey…

Well do for the intervention brave basturd

Well done adrock, may be just as well you didn’t catch him as you may have slapped him a bit and got into more trouble for doing so.

Maybe you should start smoking the menthols:P

well done adrock!

take no shizer!!

Good work fella

cheers chaps

it did look like the scrote was fishing round in his pocket for a shank or summink so probably good it didn’t go to the floor, coulda ended up messy. the main thing is the bike’s in safe hands now i suppose.

the cops should be able to track the owner via the reg so hopefully he’ll get it back with minimal grief.

1 up for the common man

mate - that’s awesome, nice1 fella!;)…and as you say, who knows what might have happened assuming he was ‘tooled up’??? So a shame he got away, but at least it was emty handed this time!!!

Very brave man, credit to you.

Let’s hope the bike gets back to its owner.

thanks for the kind words guys but it really wasn’t that brave  didn’t have to get my hands dirty or nowt. s’all just part of a bikers duty the way i see it.

quite funny actually as i just looked up his reg on the net and it’s listed as uninsured! hope they don’t collar him for it when he goes to pick it up :w00t:
