http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2328993.htm

she will be mine

So bloody tempted, would be unfair to stand in the way of your dreams. oh and my wife says fat chance in hell as she don’t like the colour:w00t::w00t:

That’s cheap  but could do with a few extra stickers

And a better headlight

i like to keep it old school

So you got that bike

Looks good

Yeah, does look very nice!:w00t:

and the clutch has gone on it

any one know a place where i can get it fixed?

bar the obvious dealers in the south east as they are all colsed

Getting the parts will be the first issue, surely? Thats assuming you’re ok at spannning spanners?

Welcome to KTM World

Not best start, maybe clutch fluid leaked, that happened to Mad Dog once on the way from BCR. Try contacting him as he worked on his LC4 himself and may know the problem.

Also try Adz ; http://londonbikers.com/forums/Topic350994-50-1.aspx

ill have a look at the fluid in a bit as i didnt think of that

ive tryed following the clucth cable but it goes straight into the frame and comes out god no’s where.it could be a minor fault as the clutch feels fine when riding

Did you try InMoto? They have a discount on in January on labour etc IRRC (got something in the post about it).
Alternatively, try Paul from Bracken. He’s set up his own independent workshop where Bracken used to be and has cheaper labour rates.

well smack my sister  have you got a web site for paul from bracken so i can get his number

inmoto’s work shop is closed till about the 4th of jan

thanks for the heads up

might just be old fluid martin. that was the case on my 660smc + 525exc:) the bleed nipple is above the sproket and needs to be syringed up to m/c. you need mineral oil for the clutch i use LHM fluid & you can buy 1ltr at petrol stn for the same price you get from ktm 100ml, even fork fluid is ok

I don’t have it on me, I took the card out of my wallet before I left (not in the country atm). I think he was re-using the old Bracken phone number. He’s now trading under “Bermondsey Motorcycle Workshop” or something like that.

i found that nipple today wile having look at it today

im gonna try get adz round tomorrow to do a few bits on it

adz is money well spent:cool: remember oil is in the frame too and needs to be bled when changing but i’m sure adz will show you:) when you out on it next?

ive only done about 30 miles in less than good road conditions so im still adapting to the style, but my god it does inspire you
