Long way down

its on this sunday at 9pm on bbc2see website www.bbc.co.uk/longwaydown

Straight after TopGear then, Excellent!

what’s a monkey bike… is it made from real monkeys? Looks good … I love Ewan

Monkey Bikes Rool:w00t::cool:

If anyone’s bothered, Charley Boorman’s doing a book signing for the Long Way Down at Foyles on the 20th Nov. Tickets are free but you’ll need to email Foyles to reserve.

Looks like fun. I’ll definitely try to watch it.

Shame they’re still lumbered with those horrid Beemers though. I guess when KTM said “No!” last time, they meant it.

What a shame… I think I’m washing my hair that night…

Equally a shame for me…I’ll make an effort to wash the hair I don’t have.

I’d like to make a sugestion for their next epic, " A long way down 2" when they ride their bikes over the cliffs of Dover, whilst hearing a smug crappy impersonation of a South African accent saying “welcome to South Africa” fading away.

Just a reminder… This is on in 55 mins:D

I’m watching it!

What a boring … organised / over produced load of old crap. It did make me laugh when the bird fell of the 125 doing her CBT though!

Still fishing? Sure to hook something with that one mate!

:w00t:

That is a serious comment! Anyone else would just go for it. They have a team of people and “fixers” in everycountry. What utter boll0cks.

I agree!

But I wouldn’t say no if I was in their shoes!

Riding round on a bike - with all mod cons and getting paid for it…

They’re no mugs are they!

Just remember that Ewan McGreggor is a multi multi millionaire and what this trip cost is just like you or I taking a slash!

Well, i don’t care what the cynics say. I enjoyed it:cool:

I wonder if Ewan was mentioned on here as a Biker Down in Sheperds Bush.

Well i thought it was funny  would love to go round those scotish roads they look well cool;)

I cant believe there base is/was about 150 metres from my office in Kensington!

I remember following what I now know is Ewan McG on that war time look bike 1 morning on the way to work

people do things differently.

in this case, they made sure they were proplery organised and prepared.

nothing wrong with that

after all, its a big trip that they are doing.
