The past two nights ive been heading home from work around 8/9pm there have been alot of police checks at the top of London Bridge and the top of Liverpool Street. Alot of cars and even a bike have been stopped.
Keep an eye out guys.
Seems to be a lot of this going on at the moment. Saw a cunning speed trap set up in Brighton Road between Croydon and Purley on Thursday night, with a hidden camera in a plain white van and a tiny WPC 200 yards down the road listening to a huge walkie-talkie, and about 20 of her colleagues behind a wall 100 yards further, awaiting her signal. Not sure why it was facing in the opposite direction to where most of the traffic was coming from.
