I live in North Herts but travelled into London this Saturday for the walk. Met a few of you and thought I’d join the forum to say thanks for all the hard work you did.

You know the infamous B656 London Road (Codicote to Hitchin)? I grew up in St.Ippollitts (right on the x-roads) and used to listen to the bikes riding the road from miles away… as the bike got louder, I’d jump outta bed and watch the blur as the bike went passed. I live in Letchworth GC at the mo but lived in Hitchin for a few years. I used to hang around the benches outside WHSMith with the two strokers… you know ‘I can do 60mph in 2nd gear… har har’ bless.
