It was good to see people at Borough last night but less so to hear the noise some people made departing.
The importance of keeping the noise down has been said so often that I was shocked at the noise being made by a group was getting ready to leave last night. We have worked hard to establish this location as a meet and incidents like this could lead to us being discouraged from the area, most of us will either remember / heard about how we were booted out at Chelsea Bridge or Frith- it could happen at Borough if people don’t think about things a bit.
I’m sure this was just an isolated incident and I don’t mean to moan but the pub landlords and others in the area have mine and Jay’s numbers and emails so it’s us that deal with the fallout.
Let’s not give people excuses to kick us out of Borough.
Good point Pat - I , and may also speak for Trojan and Andy were kind of " embarrassed " by the noise level last night when people were leaving for " the Bridge " - I for one really enjoy the BMM meets and would hate to have to be " relocated "
I second that Patrick, there was no need for that kind of noise, this is one of the reasons people are anti bikes/bikers so please lets not give them amo to kick us out of borough!
crap… I totally forgot about noise levels… I remember that I reved my bike once up to 10k… Sorry for that and promise It won’t happen again…
I know one German bloke who revs his bike all the time everywhere… Will speak to him as I think he’s not registered here, only on CBC…
